Our Callcentric App has undergone a complete redesign, featuring a contemporary interface, SMS Support, and enhanced functionality for the widely-used Click2Dial Feature.

To utilize this application, a Callcentric VoIP Service subscription is necessary. Additionally, activation of an SMS Access Plan on your Callcentric Account is required for the SMS Feature to function. Please note that MMS capabilities such as group messaging and sending messages with attachments are not currently supported. It is important to understand that Click2Dial is not a conventional softphone client; rather, it operates as a call bridging tool that enables the use of your Callcentric Service to initiate calls from any phone.

• Our service now offers SMS on all US/Canada numbers. To get started, activate an SMS Access Plan on your Callcentric Account and install our new app on your iOS Device. It's as simple as that!
• The enhanced app allows you to send and receive real-time SMS messages.

• The app's Contact access ensures accurate Name Identification matching if phone numbers correspond to entries in your iPhone/iPad Contacts; rest assured, your Contact list remains on your device and is not transmitted to Callcentric servers outside the app environment.
